Loneliness and Healing

Are you lonely?  The experience of loneliness is a painful one. Dr Angelo Subido writes that loneliness is demanding and as it develops over time it can leave you empty by taking everything from you including  your psychological,  emotional and spiritual well-being.

Your experience of loneliness may be different from someone elses; some people over depend on family and friends, others withdraw into themselves and some hide from themselves by pretending to be someone else.  The route back from loneliness begins, suggests Dr Subido, by facing it head on  and accepting it. Only  then can you start to do something about it!
