When You Don’t Feel Like Doing Anything

You may be one of those people who is driven to ‘get things done’ just like the author of this blog. However there must be  times when you really don’t feel like doing anything. Henri Junttila writes about the purpose of doing nothing. He states you cannot force progress and if you take time to look around you, the people pushing forward are the most exhausted.  Henri writes about his own experience of the times when he has stepped back; given himself more time to play, relax, read and go for walks.  Due to this space he provides for himself  his creativity and drive returns.
