My Approach

As an integrative therapist, I do not believe that one size fits all. Often when clients are facing difficulties in their lives, they can lose sight of their own inner resources. I tailor therapy to the individual needs of the client. My role is to help each client make sense of why they feel the way they do, we look at patterns of behaviour and thought processes to see if they are helping or simply getting in the way.

Who I Work With

I offer one to one sessions, couples / family therapy, young persons. I also work in schools to provide counselling to young people and teachers.

I offer a wide range of therapy that will help to deal with a number of issues including;
