My interest in counselling was born out of a genuine passion for helping people to find ways of living an emotionally healthy and fulfilled life. I believe we all have the resources to overcome whatever difficulties we may be experiencing and I work hard to create an environment that encourages personal growth.
Julie is a qualified Integrative therapist, a model that allows her to draw form several approaches; ensuring a therapy style that is relevant and considered for the individual. She has also done further training in CBT. She believes all therapy should begin with the ‘therapeutic relationship’ and works hard to create an environment that is safe, non-judgemental and trustworthy.
