My Philosophy

We will explore your current thought processes and find new paths for your thoughts to take and then find support for them. Every person is different and together we will find what works best for you and/or your child. With children we will explore different tools to use to move forward in life and find practices that enhance mental health; giving your child what they need to succeed in life as teens and adults.

My Approach

My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by making a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.  I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.  Using an integrative approach our work will meet your unique individual needs.

Who I Work With

My experience enables me to offer effective individualized care for individuals and families. My focus is on children and adolescents under age 18.  I provide a neutral ground to individuals and families to grow and strengthen themselves and each other.

My Motivation

My motivation is pretty simple; to give kids a chance at living healthy, happy, mentally healthy lives. I truly believe that giving kids the tools they need to cope and handle the world is the way to give all of a better future.

Further Information

During our first session we will explore where you are currently and what your main goals for therapy are. I generally schedule a parent session once a month for children under 16 to discuss progress, goals and concerns. Children under 10 first session will be parent only, then child sessions after, followed by the monthly parent sessions.

Sessions cost £70.00 for a 50 minute session. I accept cash or credit cards (an additional £2.50 fee charge for credit card).
