Feeling Blue? Consider the Beauty of Nature.
Gretchen Rubin opens her blog by asking you ‘How do you give yourself a boost when you are feeling blue? Or, when you are past the point of feeling blue and are deeply unhappy?
She suggests that you could turn to nature as your refuge. Where I’m sat writing at the moment I can look out of the window and see the trees waving in the wind. Their leaves are turning to beautiful autumn colours and they really do give a lift to this wet dull day.
