We can experience loss in the form of change and experience loss within ourselves.

As Kristi acknowledges, loss can be scary, unsettling and  feel overwhelming. It can bring on a whole host of other feelings too such as sadness. If we resist change it can lead to anxiety, panic and more fear. So how to turn it round to something positive?  Why not read on to find out more?
